Can be a bit slow because there isn't many staff working at a time, but those I've dealt with have been lovely. I wish I knew their names so I could give them recognition!

Slooooooow. Was waiting 28 minutes for simple dropp service. Wasn't first time that I spend there my priceless time WAITING. Sorry for all others who stock there as me 😕

People of Reading you are welcome! I had to purchase a whole role of sellotape because there was no tape freely available or that the counter staff could use to tape my return label onto the envelope. I don't need tape so i left it on the middle table for others to use that might be in a similar situation top me. Why on earth the middle table doesn't have free to use tape as standard is beyond me, a little inexpensive touch like that goes a long way to make peoples post office experience better.

I like the self-service tils and the ladies normally assisting you there are very nice and helpful regardless how busy it is.
