Great site, good stop over as only 8 minutes from Juction 37 of the M1 Barnsley. Lovely owner, very friendly looks after the site beautifully. All the facilities you need, water, elsan point and a wc. Highly recommend.
Wonderful CL site with easy access to many wonderful places nearby. Gloria and David were very welcoming and eager to share local information. 5 hardstanding pitches with electric hookup. One toilet/handbasin housed in a spacious quirky building. Spotlessly clean site with lovely wooded area adjacent. Only downside was noise from busy main road nearby but this didn't spoil our visit.
What a gem of a find. A lovely small site, lovely, clean and well kept. Gloria is a very friendly and chatty host. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Lovely well presented caravan site with amazing views across South Yorkshire. Run by a very friendly couple. Nice country pub across the road where we enjoyed a Sunday lunch. Have booked to return
An absolute little gem of a site run by lovely, friendly people. this is only a small site but very well kept and excellent value for money. Does not have showers and only one toilet, which was not available due to covid restrictions; not a problem when you have onboard facilities. The site is ideally situated only minutes from the lovely village of Hoylandswaine, with three pubs, lots of walks and ideal location for visiting Penistone, Holmfirth, Cannon Hall, Wentworth Castle. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again. Thank you to Gloria and David the site owners.
David and Gloria go out of their way to be the best hosts possible. Immaculate site always pristine. We would never think of staying anywhere else when in the area. Very clean facilities, with beautiful walks and penistone only a few miles away for provisions. 5 stars always for this gem of a site and its owners *****
ABSOLUTELY LOVERLY Nice scenery loverly couple that own the site DAVE AND GLORIA they very obliging carnt do enough for you The site itself is well cut grass stunning views . Toilet and wash room that is kept immaculate , had a loverly weekend will be back without a doubt.
Great site with electric hookup if you want. Hard standing for caravans and motorhomes. Only 1 toilet but spotlessly clean. Great local country dining pub reasonably priced within a couple of minutes walk. Will definitely be back
