We were there for a private party on a Friday providing live music. The accommodation was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful but we were advised, which was fair enough, that they are required to keep the noise down at 11pm. That worked fine for us but maybe critical in other cases. The buffet was good, nothing elaborate but simple and tasty. All in all a great venue.
We just called in for Sunday lunch which was absolutely delicious. The staff were excellent....friendly and polite. We asked if we could have a look at the function room and gardens and the Admin manager couldn't have been more helpful. Definitely recommend this lovely place. Ps, the interior is beautiful as well.Service: 5/5
Stayed here one night on Business. Really nice room, quite quirky and well set out. Receptionist really friendly. Only criticism was I couldn’t quite get the shower temperature to stay right, was either too hot or cold but I managed.Rooms: 5/5

Attended a party there and stayed overnight. Can't recommend high enough. Room beautiful, food very good. Service friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay again. Rooms: Spacious Food & drinks: Lovely food.
Whilst I have never stayed, we have enjoyed having lunch a few times. The service is excellent, demonstrated by Daria an excellent waitress We look forward to having a dinner sometime soon. Thanks Nearby activities: Cheshire Oaks, Hooton Station to Liverpool or Chester.
Bar and grill very well presented. We were early so not many peple around at the time so a bit quiet. Seperate gluten free menu and good choice. Food cooked and presented well. Staff great and friendly and provided good service. Woodcote is a liitle off the normal track but worth a visitService: 5/5
This hotel is well worth the money we paid , we stayed for two nights would defiantly stay again Room 2 is beautifully clean and spacious.Staff are very help and pleasant definitely 10/10Rooms: 5/5

Gave 4 stars for room as for me personally the bed was a bit soft, which others I'm sure would love. Really friendly service on arrival and was offered for my luggage to be taken to my room, as this was on top floor and no lifts are avaliable. The staff told me how good their breakfasts are, so I gave it a try. The breakfeast was very good, high quality produce, bowls of druit such as strawberries, cherries, raspberries etc laid put as well which was very nice. The second day the service was not as good as before, the coffee was very weak and no bowls of fruit, and no one on hand to speak to. I would stay here again
