Very disappointed, my wife and I had the hunters chicken main. The chicken and gammon were overcooked and chewy. I don't like frozen chips even triple cooked. The salad tomatoes were somehow tainted by heat. The the salad leaves however were good. My first visit was years ago and it was great. What on earth went wrong. No return for me I'm afraid. Standards are dropping everywhere it seems. 🚫🚫🚫

Lovely place to go. My second visit today. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Atmosphere relaxed and welcoming. Prices reasonable

Lovely quiet pub to relax and have a bite to eat. Great food and a fine selection of beers and spirits. Roaring fire and comfortable seating.

Lovely country style pub with bar and restaurant areas. We went for Sunday roast one evening, and the food was fab - tasty and good portion sizes meant we were too full for dessert. Service was great, and our waitress was lovely and chatty. Would come again.

Mother's Day, great atmosphere, staff efficient and friendly. Food was really good with plenty of variety. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.
