Although not quite doctor-phobic, I had avoided visiting the doctor for some years before I became too ill to ignore things any more, and made an appointment to see a GP. The GP I saw was understanding and respectful of the fact that it had been so long since I had visited a doctor and made me feel as at ease as was possible. They explored my problems thoroughly and was able to see me through blood tests and diagnosis, going so far as to call me at home with results, ensure I was seen by a consultant to rule out various things and get me on treatment extremely quickly. The staff at the front desk have always been polite, cheerful and helpful when I was trying to book appointments, tests and now for my treatments as my job makes it difficult for me to find times for these things. The next door pharmacy is extremely useful. I am continually grateful for the excellent services provided at Woodbridge.

Phoned for an appointment - Earliest is 3 weeks with only a couple of appointments. Asked if I could have an appointment for 22 days time, was told that I need to phone back tomorrow after 8:30. What a complete waste of my taxes!!!

Made over 20 phone calls befor I got through, asked to see a doctor , told their was no appointments but the doctor would ring me , I explained that I had a hospital appointment that would take about two hrs , , they said the doctor would be informed of this, I had one missed call from private number no voice mail , , haven't heard back 3 days later. im disgusted.
