This review is not concerning ear wax removal... its regarding the Audiologist. Paid for half hour appointment.....to have my ears assessed and to answer a few questions.... appointment laste all of five minutes.... did not manage to answer any of my queries.... recommened an over the counter treatment which later i find there are several and he couldnt even be bothered to specify the correct one.... the product recommended was a maintenance product only.... he told me my ears were blocked... which I had said in the first thirty seconds of conversation... Also my wife hearing test lasted 10 minutes... again was unable to give any verdict.... complete waste of time and money. sorry could not recommend on any level.
No heart and not lenient towards the elderly who have mental health issues.
Sorted my lugholes out a treat. Friendly nurse, efficient job. Both ears done in 30 mins.
