I first came to this surgery in about 2006.nAnd I had the best Dr on earth. Dr Reed. I think I can mention him because he's left.nBut I've truly had great care here. And I expect I've had more appointments than most people ever have. nSo miscommunication happens occasionally. But in all, they have literally looked after me since 2007 when I first walked into the old surgery on St Johns st? But anyway.nA giant place now even has a cardio dept where my mother was helped with her A fib.nnAnd weirdly, I just found out this is where my father comes too.nHe said they are the BEST cardio people he's ever seen. And he's definitely seen more than his fair share of heart issues!nSo coming from him. That is definitely high praise. Lol
Best doctors surgery I have ever been too. My doctor is very approachable and very understanding of my needs as I have struggled to open up with previous doctors. They just care about their patients which is sometimes hard to find.
Been going here 18 years, doctors and nurses are very helpful. However the reception staff are rude and careless, I’ve been refused many times to see a doctor or a nurse or a paramedic. She even tried to lay the law down on me about sick leave over the phone whilst I was in immense pain… very unprofessional and belittling. My 1 star is for the medical staff.
Awful, too many patients with not enough doctors or appointments. Standard of patient care poor, no continuity of care with the same Dr. Reasonable adjustments for disabled are appalling. Dr too busy to update patient records with OT reports/diagnosis, therefore medical records incomplete. They don't have time to actually know or care for their patients anymore. Taking on more and more patients for the money but at cost of personal care for the long term patients.
Went for an Ultra sound. Friendly efficient staff. Waited a while in the waiting room but was comfortable. Easy parking.
