Excellent veterinary centre with knowledgeable, friendly staff. Attended with my dog on an emergency appointment. Really well stocked shop too. Open 7 days/week and emergencies 24 hrs a day.

Had to use these guys for the first time after our boy took a knock to the eye. The receptionists were so helpful, putting me at ease and then following up with me afterwards. Bot vets we saw were gentle, reassuring ans professional. Id rather not have to go back for obvious reasons but would be more than happy to.

Very happy with the service I get from Wood's. They are literally Life savers, as I can't thank them enough for the compassionate care they gave my dog whilst he was critically ill. Thanks to their skills and dedication he has made a complete recovery.

Can't recommend enough! 
Some of the Receptionists are welcoming which helps start the process, as the visits can be just as anxious for us pet owners as much as it is for our pets. 
We have been seeing Kirsty the last few times and we can't rate her enough. She was professional and actually cared about our Dog. We found her really lovely to deal with and it's nice have someone with compassion. 
Past incompetent experience's with Companion Care, has restored our faith now we use Woods!

Been here on many occasions, one of the worst times with our cat that was obviously very sick, was told there was nothing wrong with her but she needed worming, paid for the worming, and she died the next day. took our chicken on a different occasion and was told to put it down or give it antibiotics for £45, they were nasty when we refused. We took our chicken home and treated ourselves, and it went on to be perfectly fine.. would definitely stay away from here, very disappointed and sad with the service. They clearly do not have your pets best interests at heart.
