Amazing staff. We had our puppy only two days before he became very ill. The team were completely supportive and understanding. He is now totally recovered and he loves visiting Chloe and the team each month for his check ups all covered on the monthly plan
Fantastic vets, have been taking my Great Dane here since he was 8 weeks old and all the staff and friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Appointments are always available and given plenty of time to have a really good discussion with the vet. Prices are very clear and reasonable and there are always plenty of great packages which offer value for money. I’m confident my big baby boy is in the very best of hands.
Marlborough surgery is amazing. The staff are friendly and compassionate. Just a shame head office see it ok to close it !! And close it with barely 2 weeks notice. Clients left stranded to find a new vet for their beloved pets.
I feel so grateful to have found Vets for Pets in Marlborough the team are so helpful, and incredibly kind to my animals always making sure they feel happy and secure before carrying out any procedures. And most importantly they listen to your needs. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Karien the vet is the worse vet I have ever used . She was not only unprofessional uncaring but I found her conduct cruel and somewhat sadistic. Karien was conducting an ultrasound on our very poorly family dog who was not sedated and being held down and comforted by the lovely head nurse Chloe on the table. The nurses had shaved her and gel had been applied. Karien then began the ultrasound whilst we held her still. The procedure was clearly uncomfortable and traumatic for us and our elderly dog. She flippantly gave us bad news and then to my horror she left the procedure half way through to take a telephone call for over 5 minutes whilst we continued to hold our dog still who was clearly distressed . I watched Karien in disbelief as she sat at the computer for a further 5 minutes and when the nurse went to get her she fobbed her off . It was only when I went to get her she came back and continued the examination clearly wound up. As a senior barrister of 30 years experience I have never witnessed such incompetence and blatant disregard for an animal’s welfare by a vet. I would not recommend Karien White as a vet.
Fantastic practice, excellent staff who always go out of their way to help. I am totally bemused as to why Vets for Pets should want to close this practice.
Fantastic place to go, staff are wonderful, cats are always looked after with care and they love seeing our cats and know them by name so lovely service! Would definitely recommend!!
Quick to get an appointment. Lovely friendly staff. My cat was comfy enough to stick his paws through his cage and bat at the keyboard.
Really great staff, can always get a quick appointment. You can tell they really care about the animals they treat. Highly recommend.
