Can highly recommend dukesmead for anyone looking for a genuine loving and caring place for their pets.. always go above and beyond for everyone they meet, our German shepherd ted was very nervous around other animals and humans until he met felicity, Cora and the rest of the team he is now a total different dog and we will forever be grateful, 
They always do the absolute best and nothing’s ever to much for them, 
Dukesmead are very accommodating when it comes to times and flexibility,
We can’t thank you enough for everything you do.. your all amazing!

Lily is a regular visitor to Dukesmead and loves the place. She has to be dragged away and sulks when I get her home. Felicity and her staff are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble. They are also very clear with their terms and conditions - to address the criticism in a previous post .

RIp off merchants.
No problems with the care of our dogs but since changing hands there is no flexibility and the charges are silly.
We dropped our dog off at 15:45 on Friday and picked her up at 15:00 the following Monday in my calculation that is 3 days but we were charged for four days as they count any time after 1200 as another day. I would not mind but were were told that the only time to drop her off was the time given. Also they were going to charge us £6 if were were going to pick her up after 1545!
A few weeks ago our son picked the dog up over a day early as he was unexpectedly home whilst we were on holiday and yet we were still charged for the full stay.

absolutely lovely place, my dogs are really well looked after, we have  even taken our bulldog to them, (she needs to have daily medication) and the kennel take the utmost care of her .  We would highly recommend felicity and her team to provide a caring and knowledgable environment for your pets!!!

My fur babies have always gone to dukesmead, and are always well looked after. My eldest cat is very nervous so although it has changed ownership, I was happy to let him stay where he had been before. Totally recommend dukesmead to anyone wanting quality care for their pets.
