I moved from London , so I was looking for a new convenient nail salon that provides the same day booking. This nail salon booked me in on Sunday , they were very accommodating and professional with their booking service and called me to inform me that I can arrive earlier. They helped me with finding the location as it is within a shopping complex. The staff listened to my requirements and implemented my request. I was pleasantly surprised. I should have asked for the lady’s name that specifically did my nails.Service: Manicure
This place has just gone downhill, the service is rapid and the end result is poor — the manicure/acrylics looks poorly done and no longer lasts past 2 weeks and When having a pedicure, the person treating the customers feet keeps making unnecessary comments about the customers feet and smirking and then sharing the status of their feet with her colleagues in Vietnamese of course. The owner isn’t the most friendliest either — she’s not welcoming at all, it’s a shame because she’s the only one who can actually do nails to high standards.
Went to Wonderful Nails twice during my visit. Service is good and fast.
Yes I have visited the salon on a few occasions and have been left disappointed more than once! I visited the salon this morning, arrived 10 mins before opening at 9am only to be told there was nobody available until 10am. Hence the low review! Not a great service when you do not account for walk ins, even from the moment you open!! Nowhere does it state appointment only!!
I had a appointment at 3pm, I arrived at 2:45, my nails were not worked on until 3.30. I did not once receive a apology for the lateness or an update on when I’d be seen. I requested for a french manicure and seen by Tara who did an awful job. I explained I wanted a thinner white line to which she made a poor attempt and then eventually filing the white nail down to make it thinner. I would not recommend the service or be going back. There are plenty of better nail salons in Milton Keynes.Service: Manicure
Rude!! I have been going for over 6 years & last week I called many times, the phone was engaged so i decided to go there, was told the phone wasnt working was not my fault I asked for my normal gel polish hands & nails, Mary tye owner pfaffing around as normal said ok, I could tell she was not happy about somethin. Half way through getting my gel removed Mary said i havnt got time to do your feet, I told her i was flying out nxt which I was & writing this post from my holiday she got rude & said i should have called i told her your phone wasnt working & that she should not speak to me in her angry tone, she said she didnt care, so i got up took the gel remover off & left. I go every month & spend £65 for the last 6 years - thats £4,680 i have spent with her & will NEVER EVER go again after the way she spoke to me. Absolutely wtong!!! I gave a 1 star infact this place deserves a 0 rating. Very upset.
I just got a French gel manicure here and had a wonderful experience! Great care was taken and I was amazed by the skill of the hand drawn white tips! Thank you to the lovely staff Would recommend !!
I liked my nails and they exceeded my expectations. I was able to book an appointment on the same day as well. The only thing I didn’t like about my experience is that I couldn’t understand a word of what the nail technician said to me. I struggled a lot to understand and when I asked again when I didn’t understand…he seemed a little frustrated by it.
First time here and very disappointed, whilst having gel manicure the guy got some gel polish on the tip of my finger and afterwards tried to get it off with the tool they cut cuticles with and nicked my finger, then pulled the paint off hurting me even more. I'd paid for manicure and pedicure staright up and he started cutting my toenails and had to ask for the pedicure which he wasn't going to do unless I'd asked despite already paying. Afterwards manicure was streaky and you could see my natural nail coming through which I've never had with gel before, when I asked them why it looked that way they said it was just my natural nail colur showing and didn't understand why I had an issue with it. Very expensive for such a poor service.Services: Manicure
