Molly was wonderful. Best haircut I’ve had in ages and she remembered me from the last time I visited, even though that was quite a while ago! Only negative would be that they could do with some more stylists on a Sunday as it was very busy and lots of people walked away as they couldn’t be seen.Service: Hairstyling
Extremely disappointed by my recent visit to Supercuts. I assume the person was called Molly as that was the only person available online to book with and she was the only one in the salon. I've used Supercuts in the past and never encountered any issues however this Sunday I walked in like I normally would and was told that there were only booked appointments on a Sunday due to short staff. The manner is which I was informed was highly rude and to be honest I was spoken down to like I was stupid. If a salon has changed their booking system then this should be highlighted on the website especially if they are known for "walk ins only". Good manners go a long way and cost nothing.
Very happy with this walk-in hairdressing salon. I wish I'd asked the name of the hairdresser, but she was really good. Discussed exactly what I wanted, was thorough and professional. Big Thank You to Jessica's mother....
Not satisfied, usually my hair is thick, wavy, layered and long. I asked molly to cut the hair as I shown a picture to her wavy, layered,steps, she did the hair cut with simple U cut with the the shoulder length and she charged 33 pounds wash+cut. the output was really shocking and after she did the hair cut and everything she said “your hair structure is different than the picture and you didn’t mention how you want it whether U or V i didn’t understand why she did the u or V whether my hair structure is wavy,layer with steps. She suppose to mention that before start the cut right?? In 15 -20mins hair wash and cut both done. This was a really bad experience.
I went in for a haircut. Explained the length very clearly. But she straight up chopped off a huge chunk of my hair. Went in for layers but had to settle for a straightened just evened out haircut because layers would end up making my hair shorter. The stylist barely paid attention to what I had asked. Will not recommend it. Went in because needed just a trim and didn't want to pay too much for it. Probably not a smart decision after all. Also, the combs are not sanitizer. She gave a comb towards the end to comb my hair and it had someone's hair rolled up in it. Just eeeww.
I had haircuts before in supercut saloon and many other. It was awful experience for me. My hair is quite thick and got an A Line Bob in 10 min for 25£It was all rushed and my hair at the back wasn’t even straight. I asked if she can make it straight, then she told me it was straight and then she did it in another quick succession. Whole experience was weird. Never going back again
So rude! And awful customer service from Molly. Didn’t even look at me when I entered the salon but was told of like a school kid that I had not booked the right appointment!!! A quick explanation of how the appointment system worked would have been nice. They were not busy and no other customers in the salon so I don’t see why I was spoken to so rudely. Mersela did my hair. She was lovely and made me feel comfortable. I was in and out in 20 minutes .Service: Hairstyling
Worst haircut I have ever had and double the price. The hairdresser literally just cut of my hair in chunks and blow dried it all within 10mins The blow dry was also the worst I have ever had…left my hair looking blunt and poker straightService: Hairstyling
Not at all happy with my hair cut. The whole process was over in 20 minutes and the water was way too hot during the Shampooing. The prices mentioned are just the starting price and they charge far beyond that. Not going back again . Awful experience!
Having been a hairdresser for over 40 years, I usually do my own. Decided to have it styled in this salon. I am gobsmacked. Asked for it to be left long in top and short into neck and over ears. Well if this Is your idea of long on top I would hate to see your short version!!Service: Hairstyling
