We ordered food from here last night, the staff was polite and friendly. The food came in about 40 minutes which was earlier than we were told which was great for us because we were really hungry! One of us found a hair in our food but was not sure if it was her own or one of the workers. Once it came they did not give us the correct change we were £10 short, but we called and told them and they quickly came back and gave us the correct change in about 10-15 minutes.

Didn't receive all of the food that we asked for, sent it back and gave them a chance to give us the complete amount of food but despite agreeing to be back with the correct order in twenty minutes, albeit disallowing a discount for the huge delay that we suffered waiting to eat, they didn't return at all. My hungover friend and I, recovering from New Year celebrations, were left with very empty stomachs until we finally received our food from a different takeaway, Golden Swan, which is much better anyway.

Gone way down on quality I'm afraid.....why take aways do this I don't know....shame.
