I'm so glad I joined wow. The staff are really friendly and give great advice and support. Ive been going to the gym for over 6 months now and the results are amazing. I love my new body. The classes are great and we all have lots of fun and I've also had 1-2-1 which was hard work but no pain no gain. I would highly recommend wow gym to anybody who is looking for a friendly gym and wants great advice and support on there weight loss goals 😊😊😊

Very lovley staff lots of good advice helped me to get some of my weight off im having a break from the gym but will be back there when i go back would recomend this gym to friends and family :)

The staff are very inexperienced and misinformed. The Directors are unavailable to speak to when there is a complaint and the equipment is old. I would not recommend this gym to anyone.
