"Hi I'm NickI am the owner and founder of FitBody, I became a qualified personal trainer a bit later on in life after realising that a desk job wasn’t for me!, so at about 32 I re-trained, and worked for a gym for a good few years crafting my trade. Starting in 2012 I had a full client list within a few months.By January 2016 I was ready to start up on my own & noticed that there wasn’t a service specifically designed for ladies and Mum’s over 30. So I started FitBody helping ladies over 30.We started off doing a couple of evening sessions a week and it took off! Ladies were getting amazing results and loving exercise for the 1st time. Now we have our very own unit delivering 38 sessions every week!"

Fitbody is fantastic! The instructors are great, very supportive, full of energy and great fun. The exercises are varied and can be adapted depending on any injuries you have. I’d highly recommend to anyone who is looking to feel great about themselves!
Fabulous programme offering opportunities to try new exercises and really focus in on strength training. A great opportunity to try new equipment and the small groups mean the trainers are always there for support and encouragement! Would highly recommend! 5

I’ve been at FitBody for 5 years and would recommend to anyone who is nervous about joining a gym and wants to feel supported to get healthier. The trainers are lovely, fun and adapt exercises to suit individual needs. The small group classes means that the trainers can give individual focus and all the other ladies are super supportive. I love the varied classes and the flexibility to book at a time that suits me.
You cannot beat the community here at Fitbody! The trainers are awesome and put together 3 great sessions a week. One focusing on strength training for the upper body, the other lower body and third HiiT 5* all they!
I have joined Fitbody this month, and it has truly exceeded my expectations. The personal trainers are highly professional and extremely supportive. I was very nervous when I first joined as I had never done any resistance training before, but they always make a great deal effort to adjust workouts for me as beginner. I feel part of a team when I am there, I love the group spirit and I always have a great time. I couldn't go to an average gym after experiencing Fitbody, I highly recommend to any woman looking to improve her physical and mental health :.
Been training with Nick and his team since 2020 and have loved every minute. Great motivation, caters for all levels and applies an around approach with nutrition, mindset and fitness. Can’t recommend enough!
The best gym I have ever tried, the coaches are not pushy, they encourage to do our best. Even though I hardly can walk after each class I'm looking forward to get back. It feels more fun than work. I highly recommend them
Great place to work out. Very easy to incorporate the classes into a busy life. Can go for classes before work or after work. The Personal Trainers very supportive and will work you hard. Hated the first 2 weeks when I started, but by week 4, your mind and body gets used to the new routine and will adjust appropriate, so now I enjoy it more. Definitely money and time well spend.
Your first time in a gym ? Then this is the place to come. They make you feel at ease straight away, its tough but they support you every step of the way and your not alone, great bunch of ladies who help you through with a smile and a giggle
