The food is ok although i just ordered only japanese, not sure what will it be when ordering korean one. The size of the restaurant is rational and big enough to hold more than 50 guests. Good for bringing friends and families to party and meet each other in Trafford Centre. One thing is that service management is underqualified rate. The old guy who comes to greet customers is a little bit rude and careless of confronting customers.
Food is great here but when we first visited the service was terrible. However they have brightened up their service this time. It was rapid. Almost as soon as we ordered, our food was on its way. Not cheap but not too expensive either
Decor: Food: Customer service: Location: Honestly for the price of the dish I ordered the taste of the food didn't have as much flavour as some other restaurants I've been to. Also, the whole fun side of Bibimbap is for you to mix it yourself but the staff done the mixing. The customer service wasn't on point either.
Went with work and ordered from the £13.95 lunch menu. The starter was nice and the main was fantastic, really big portions too.
Went in with two other people. On the Wokooshii website there is a £9 lunch menu where it states that you can get a two course meal for £9. Waiters said that this menu is old and no longer valid and the lunch menu is £14 adding on £3 for specific meals I called the restaurant later and it turns out the waiter was mistaken and “didn’t know the deal was still valid”. We order our food and although it’s a large portion, I would not class the food as good. The Server who brought us our drink always took a lot of time and messed up our drinks order. When we asked for the bill and we were paying although it was extremely overpriced although I ended up paying £20 I was happy to pay and move on. However the server who helped my friends split the bill, when I was trying to figure out how much to pay aggressively shouted: just give me the money and i’ll Give you the change. While I was shocked I didn’t want to make a scene as I was out with friends. In my opinion this is a terrible restaurant with mediocre food at best with extremely rude service. Overall an experience that will make you wish you never set eyes on the disgrace of a restaurant that they call Wokooshii
Surprisingly good food to say it has had such mixed reviews. Ordered the taster menu for two and couldn't pick a fault with a single course. Food was hot where appropriate and well seasoned. I particularly enjoyed the seared tuna salad with mango. Would recommend to family and friends and I will definitely be back in the future.
What an amazing place .. My partner took me as a suprise for my birthday weekend treat and i couldn't have been happier. We received a polite and friendly welcome from the staff and they were very helpful advising on what was the best food to pick. We had three courses and all were very tasty looked amazing. This was my first experience of this kind of food and it was brilliant.
Food was good but the family who run it where rude. They clearly dont like children even through my 3 nieces where well behaved. No eye contact and basically threw our food on the table. I still said thank you everytime our food arrived and got no response. Not even a smile. They wanted our money and us to be gone asap. I know its because we had 3 children with us. Their attitude completely ruined the meal. Also I think it's very unprofessional that they tell off their staff members in front of customers. It's not nice to see
Food is fantastic. Service on the other hand was very sub-par, took several minutes to even get seated, clearly not enough floor staff to handle orders and bring out food. Applying the 10% service charge then forcing you to opt out is also very questionable, it feels incredibly forced upon you as its slapped on the bill unannounced until you receive it then you are questioned if you would like it removed. Provided the service was better and you were asked if you would like to leave a tip not feeling forced into it this would easily be one of the best restaurants in the Trafford Centre.
I went there on the 30th of November at around 6pm with 4 friends and the service was amazing! The waiters were very kind to us and let us pick our own table, and also the food came extremely quick with little waiting time! It's a friendly and nice atmosphere. Would visit again and recommend to a friend. Thank you for the nice food!
