I had such a fun night here. EJ is your friendly host and provides excellent recommendations that hit the spot. I shared a pancake for starters and I could have ordered the same again, had it not been for the massive rice dish I had for a main. The plum wine was a welcome accompaniment. Make sure you check out the quotes in the toilet! I can't wait to visit again, especially as this is a dog-friendly restaurant.
This has become one of my favorite spots in Manchester for so many reasons, and it’s crazy impressive how many options there are considering it’s usually just the owner in the kitchen and bar! Also a good selection of vegan and veggie options! Service is always great, I love bringing everyone I know here. After pretty much having had everything on the menu at least once, I can vouch for all the food!
Great food! Amazing Soju! Great Owner! This is an absolute gem of a restaurant and a must visit if in the area. The food is authentic and so delicious!!
Fantastic service and many vegan options on the menu. We had Pa Jeon pancake, Aehobakjeon pancake and Rabbokki gochujang dish which was plenty for two people. We enjoyed having shots of soju at the end of the meal.
Absolutely amazing food, amazing atmosphere and amazing staff. There are vegan and gluten free options and the team are really knowledgeable about the menu too! The toilet is a must visit I know that sounds strange!, The walls are covered in quotes and thoughts from the owner who is the warmest kindest soul <3
Such great food, fun drinks and a lovely atmosphere! Really friendly owner who came and personally greeted us both times we attended. Also very reasonably priced. Thanks so much, will definitely be coming back again :
The owner is super friendly and accommodating and the food is authentic and bursting with flavour. Can’t recommend enough. The one negative I would say is that there aren’t a lot of menu items and I’d really like to try more amazing Korean dishes.
Visited The Thirsty Korean for the first time last Friday 4/11/22, food was incredible! Been wanting to try Kimchi fried rice and it was amazing Staff were friendly and it had a great atmosphere! Great value for money! Definitely recommend and I'll definitely go back
Really loved it here. The food and drinks were great, try the fried chicken and steak noodles. My only fault was that the dipping sauces for the fried chicken weren't great. If they had a gochuang mayo that would be fab.Food: 5/5
Lovely food. Starter big enough to share..main meals were super. Very welcoming staff. Excellent prices. Not to expensive.
