Absolutely abysmal. There is no apparent way to speak to anyone - every telephone option I tried put me through to a recorded message telling me to use their website and then disconnected my call. If industry ran to the standards of our Government the country would be bankrupt.
The Phone system is designed to NOT let you speak to someone, I tried various option numbers to try and talk to someone, each gives you a link to a website then hangs up on you... rubbish!
Dreadful.Dreatful ,Dreadful I have tried every option on the phone. None of them put you through to anybody. they do not answer e mail. completely useless. Goverment at its worst.
there is no option to give less than 1 star, this is the worst government policy ever, no one to answer your calls, no one to take ownership of the issue, UK govt at its worst, absolutely rubbish, rubbish and worst.
No help for small businesses, you cant speak to anyone, thought the Government were meant to help us. SHAME ON THEM !!
Spoke with Omid who was excellent and beyond helpful.
There is no place at this address! no one knows where they have moved, for a week I have been calling for those phone number provided, no one answers
