Useless. From the suicide of my daughter to her cremation was 42 days. I wasn't told that I could plan her funeral. The staff never told me that I could arrange her funeral. Of course, they all denied this ever happened This matter is being investigated. My daughter spent 3 weeks at Wexham Park Hospital in a freezer. We could have laid her to rest before Christmas. If I could leave no stars I would. Absolute disrespect for the family and my daughter. They just forgot about her. Disgusting and incomptent.
You should have someone be able to answer the phone this is not good enough.
