12/10 hands down greatest Chinese takeaway in the UK, and I’d consider myself quite the connoisseur! Greatest staff and Simon always goes above and beyond to make the dining experience quite that bit more enjoyable!
First time for a long time food good value for money
First time ordering, ordered bbq spare ribs, what I got I'd say was some kind of knuckle. All bone and fat, the smallest amount of meat. I'd love to post the picture of the left over bones but doesn't seem to be an option. Very poor
Wok-happened? Curry was a box of water that poured off whatever I fished out of it and our under cooked chips had to be topped up in our air fryer. There's a tipping point where a poor service becomes a robbery and unfortunately my experience was just that. My only recommendation would be to avoid it. That's fair enough.
I have been ordering from here for years, every order i place is berween £20-30 and i order at least every 2 weeks. My last order they forgot a pot of sweet and sour sauce nothing more, I called tonight and told them about my last order and that they had forgot the sauce but apparently there is nothing they can do and refused to add one onto my order. I dont mind paying for a pot of sauce as its a couple of pound its just the principle. It just goes to show loyalty means nothing. I have a customer base myself and i know if i treated mine like that i would loose them all!nnObviously the food is great but thats not what my comments about.
