Staff helpful when we left as cleaning trolleys along corridor blocked my wife's mobility scooter but they were moved when I asked. Location felt rural as trees all around but unfortunately motorway sound was quite noisy. Other guests were very loud and inconsiderate late at night and the sound carried!! Room was spacious as was bathroom. The accessible room was OK for my wife and she actually managed to get the scooter in without too much difficulty which was unusual! Disabled room was too far down the corridor and would be better being by reception for easier access.
Our stay was from the 12th of October- 13th, when we arrived the receptionist was so kind and helpful, she carried up an iron and ironing board for us. Nice room well cleaned and i spot anything as i’m a cleaner myself, really quiet area. Breakfast was just as good and the staff were so friendly. Thanks!
I phoned as had questions re check ins and all questions answered thoroughly and friendly. Booked to stay 24th to 26th December and found out I could not travel back on 26th. Hotel were great and extended our stay another night. The staff are so friendly, the rooms are clean and homely. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Bradford
Fairly large bed rooms, comfortable bed and very clean. Excellent value for money! Easy access to motorway and Local shopping in Cleackheaton.
Nice hotel, good rooms and right off the motorway. Not too far from the city centre and has plenty of parking. Food was decent and fairly quick.
