This is my local restaurant. I really want you to succeed, you have a lovely venue, as owners you are really keen and you have everything you need to be a success, except for the menu and the standard of your food. 
To start off... the menu is confused, it's a mix British, Spanish and Greek - almost mirroring one of the local 'eat as much as you like' carvery style pubs. The thing is you can't compete with these stack em high and charge em low venues. 
As a small venue you need to offer something different, something special, maybe a French theme or even a best of British pie and mash menu.... something that makes you notable.
And then you need to work on the biggest problem - which is that the quality of your cooking is very low. 
We've been 3 times and faced incinerated lasagne, Ceasar salad without Ceasar dressing and under-cooked prawns on skewers. 
It seems every meal we attempt to enjoy has something wrong with it. 
Yet we have a great time there chatting with you and the other guests... you are such lovely people and honestly it is such a friendly place that I would love to eat here weekly.  
My plea is, if you could just simplify your menu and bring in a better chef who can prepare fresh and high quality dishes you would be onto a winner with a great reputation across the area.
