Really good food. The spicy salt & chilli mushrooms are my favourite. Crispy shredded chicken with egg fried rice - delicious!
Not a great experience. Paid for food in the shop ….the money left my account which was evident by the app on my phone but because their ageing pdq card terminal didn’t work properly they told me the money didn’t go through properly which it clearly had done and I showed them this on my account ….spent the next twenty minutes ringing the bank at the counter who told them that the money had been transferred but they were having none of it which resulted in me being £14.80 out of pocket and no food to show for it . Really wouldn’t recommend at all .
I ordered last night, I use Jade all the time, but this is my last, it was awful!! The house special Curry tasted like a load of sugary bacon was in it, and pancake roll's the same, couldn't eat it, it went in the bin. Disappointed as I used to like them. Never again!!!! Have sent a private message to you as I ordered from a different address, but I am on your database and if you check you'll see I was a regular customer. Thankyou jade for putting it right, you sent me another meal tonight and it was perfect. Sarah Collins
So friendly. Always gives fortune cookies or something for free too! Brilliant quality food. Highly recommend the pancake rolls. They are like a meal in themselves. We go there everytime we want Chinese now. 5* for sure
got no idea how Jade only has 3 starts the food is always amazing and the portions of food is always great good value of money if you come to Bognor please do try Jades I also have lactose intolerant what means I can't ha e anything with milk in and they know if it has milk in most of the stuff don't have any milk in and I am so grateful for that! Dietary restrictions: can't have milk
Tried this chinese first time and im really surprised considering it has only 3star reviews. Order arrived within 30min, everything was still really hot. Chicken balls were as good as they possibly could be, chicken and mushroom soup had alot of flavour, duck fried rice were amazing and prawn toast was stuffed with prawns. Very impressed.
First time using Jade Chinese takeaway. The lady I ordered with via landline was very polite. The food arrived promptly and was well sealed and hot. The portion sizes were large and very good value for money. The meats were all tender and the veg was all fresh and firm. We will definitely order again, Thankyou.

Have you changed the chefs or something?!, the meal was horrible everything did not taste nice at all, very surprised as usually we order and it’s usually lovely but tonight was shocking! The chilli shredded beef and the Hong Kong style chicken was bloody horrible! The customer services was appalling she was very rude! And out of the whole meal the fortune cookies was the only nicest part of the whole meal! Not Happy at all!!
