My husband was supposed to have a phone appt today 27/6/22 with triage nurse for medication review he waited next to his phone but no call? So he phoned surgery and waited 30 mins to be answered and was told sorry you are the second patient the nurse has missed today? but would let her know and they would get back to him? They still haven’t bothered! It’s disgusting to treat patients like this.
Always able to get appointments on the day if needed. Doctors always friendly and helpful.

Month wait for a doctors appointment, worst surgery I've ever TRIED to use. Nothing is straight forward here.
I have been a patient at this surgery for about 2 years and have always been able to get an appointment via phone or in practice in reasonable timescales. The staff are very helpful and have been excellent during the pandemic.

I have used the surgery for over ten years. I have always had urgent care needs addressed very quickly and the wait for routine appointments is not unreasonable. Staff are excellent, they treat me with kindness and respect, they always listen to me and remember conversations we have had before. It can sometimes take a few attempts to get through on the phone mainly since the COVID-19 pandemic but it is not usually a persistent problem. During the pandemic telephone consultations and email correspondence are always quickly responded to. Appointments usually run fairly well to schedule and the staff make time to listen to your needs and involve you in your own care.
