Staff is very helpful, kind and professional. It was very easy to find my way and to get the instructions needed. The building is very old and historical which automatically means some renovation may be needed, but nevertheless good service.

I would like to say thank you so much for the care I have had...second to none. Yes the car park isn't the best but they are always helpful and try to find you a space, but it's the medical care that is important to me and it's been wonderful in the eye clinic...thank you Dr Bansal...he told me what was happening the whole way through the procedure...the nurses were patient, kind, attentive...I can't say enough about everyone involved...during the procedure I had someone hold my hand the whole way through...I can't tell you how reassuring this was...it helped me to relax....I can see again, drive again....I have my life back thanks you everyone...Elizabeth Norton

Terrible for anyone disabled as the car parj is simply not big enough since the merger. Mother had to park half a mile away for an eye appointment and was then treated roughly and upset terribly. Would not recommend.

I was at the breast unit on Thursday, I have been left feeling terrified that I have cancer.my go sent me there as I have a hard egg sized lump protruding from under my implant.the nurse who triaged me could clearly feel my lu.p which has been growing for about 6 months.I had a mamorgram and I sew a lady radiographer, she was patronizing me saying I was feeling the edge of my implant both myself and my daughter (who has had lymphoma herself) could clearly see my tumour. My mother has only two sisters who both died at 51 from Brest cancer only 7 years ago.the radiographer refused to take a biopsy and when I begged her to test my blood she refused saying my blood was tested a year ago, this is no good as jacky my aunt only lived for 3 weeks after diagnosis.I believe I'm coming down quickly with the disease I am boiling hot and my body feels tired. I have not enough money to go private, and I feel this unhelpful lady has my life in her hands and she didn't care.she was avoiding the lump that everyone else could see .what can I do to get checked out ASAP I'm terrified!!
