Extremely disappointed with the after sales service (although the installation wasn't the best either). Had Amtico fitted (twice), still have ongoing issues and would like to establish if it is the product or the installation which is the problem! However after repeated calls to the office, I am still waiting for someone to contact myself to discuss. Now in discussions with Amtico technical department.

Very disappointed with the after service we have received from Wirral Flooring. We had a few issues after fitting with the carpet raising in places and also still haven’t had the final plate fitted which leaves us with trip hazard. Have phoned Wirral Flooring on numerous occasions to be promised it was in hand and the fitter would be in touch. No one has been in touch and we are still left with the issues we have. Feel like they’ve taken payment and now left us to it, not what I expected as they came recommend.

I spent well over an hour in the well stocked showroom and received a great deal of helpful advice on the pros and cons of different types of flooring. I was encouraged to take a sample of flooring home to try. My previous experience of this business was also very positive. Highly recommended.

We have had flooring for our new kitchen, we went to a number of retailers and were always left confused by the vast choice etc. When we visited Wirral Flooring we found the staff knowledgable and they helped us narrow down the options, then gave us large samples to take home to try. They promptly visited to measure and the quote was incredibly competitive. I can honestly say that they are perfectionists when it came to levelling the floor and fitting. The floor is beautiful, we are delighted with it and the service from start to finish. Thank you Quentin and all the team 👌😀

Really Happy with the service we received at Wirral Flooring. Quoted a good price for new carpet and carried out the fitting in no time at all. Very pleased with the end results. Thanks. SB
