Absolutely lovely team here, Sean, Daniel and the others made both renting and buying such a pleasure, breezing through the difficulties and some dishonest sellers.  After some negative experiences with other agents in GG and feeling somewhat jaded by the time I happened upon Winkworth, they were like a breath of fresh air. I really felt they had my back and at no time did they slow down, trying to process everything as quickly as possible to get me into a place. They were always happy to answer questions and they did everything quickly.  Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Jamie and Graham from Winkworth were both very supportive , kind, whilst offering expert advice during the sale of house.

We had a terrible experience working with Winkworth Golders Green. They will tell you anything to get you to sign a lease but they do nothing for you once you're in a property. Our agent told us numerous falsehoods and then later said  "I never said that and you don't have it in writing." Their word/honour means nothing to them.  Their maintenance/handyman service is terrible: you report issues through whatever channel they claim is currently the service you're supposed to use, they say they have assigned it to someone to resolve, and then it goes nowhere for months.  They are pushy when it comes to anything the landlord wants or when they want to do something that earns them a fee but otherwise they are useless. When you tell them the property is in rough shape, is unhealthy ours was full of black mold but they would do nothing to help remedy the sources of the mold or even if you need them to push the landlord to do the right thing, they have no spine.  Avoid letting from them at all costs. They are the worst agency we've ever worked with.  EDIT: Had to contact them as a follow up to an email they sent me about mail at the property and, predictably, they were just as rude and unhelpful as ever.   I re-iterate: avoid letting from these people

Great work from Sean at the team in getting my property let for the first time. Kept me informed along the way as to progress and assisted with getting some suppliers in to get cottage up to scratch. Much more efficient than the previous letting agent.

I call them a few times and ask for a viewing and they said that i'll be contated by the letting agent Sean , did not happend.. after i've been to their agency and the same thing they said that Mr. Sean will contact me ...guess what never happend ... so this agency it's a time waisting and mr Sean as well... what complaints do you need when i've been 2 times inside your agency!!!  hope other clients to pay attention and not losing their time with your lies ....cheers

I have been extremely impressed with the services of the Golders Green Winkworth team, as well the Hendon branch too. Graham, Sean Golders Green and Daniel Hendon have helped us a lot over the last year on both the rental and sales side. I just recently moved in the area as it's a close proximity to a new job...Finding a new property to rent to start is not easy and stressful and I came accross Winkworth Estate Golders Green. I viewed a property with Sean.  He is professional, friendly and I must say he made me feel at eased by answering clearly and to the point all the questions I've asked him. First property I viewed I made an offer and got it. Thanks to Sean...the whole process was easy...The team in the office are all approachable and supportive. Based on my positive experience, I will highly recommend this estate agent.

I rented out my four flats through Winkworth June 2018. Sean let all flats in one week. Flats managed by Oprah, Deepa managing payments and statements. I have 7 years experience of letting in Golders Green and Winkworth is the best agency. There is no other agency which is even close to them. I never had business with people so nice and professional.
