Called up to arrange a viewing was interrogated for 10 minutes with a load of personal questions when I hadn't even seen the flat. Finally put the phone and the guy comes to the viewing. Both flats that he said are available had people living in them for a month. They are advertising them as available for no reason, wasted my time and energy and now know all my own and my husband's income details for no reason. Would not recommend even calling them up as their ads are places which are let already.
Denis and Peter were very helpful! Extremely professional, very fast in their responses, always helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them.
Highly incompetent.
Unprofessional service.
