They are only interested in your money. They/landlord owe me about £2,800 from small claims court. After my Summary of Accounts request they are refusing me to see the receipts, and accounts. There's no maintenance, or reply to questions e.g. who has a key to the store room from where our bicycles were stolen? I had to fix the roof myself!
Despite the fact that they are in the business of providing quality service to their leaseholders and the building's landlord, I have been emailing the company's director, Laurence, for a month now without receiving a response. After reading other people's reviews, I believe they really need to improve their customer service abilities, or another management company will soon take over their sites.
Absolute crooks! Since I bought my flat I have experienced no end of problems. They have not been my managing agents since last August and they are still requesting money from me and threatening Court action. How are these people allowed to operate. Please please, if you are buying a property DO NOT BUY if Morelands are the Managing Agents.
Twelve years I've suffered leasehold and Moreland Estate management like every other company in this unregulated sector offer appalling service for excessive cost. Two years and waiting they were paid £6000 to paint the internal areas of a six flat building. Two years ago!! Now they want more £££s for a fire alarm system. Abolish leasehold for commonhold now!
Unfortunately there’s no option to give those basters 0 stars. I couldn’t agree more with all the reviews underneath. Take your money every year and don’t do absolutely anything to maintain the property. Don’t respond to emails and purely ignore our requests. Absolute idiots. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!
AVOID this company at all costs. Overcharge for everything, refuse to provide evidence of costs and are now illegally withholding thousands of pounds of our unspent funds.
Appalling company. Refuse to correspond despite many attempts. Now have a court judgement against them which they refuse to pay
Poor standard management. This company managing a property via a cleaner to deal with all the property issues, pathetic. Avoid this management company
