Brought newly new car from another branch and the car is under warranty. Within month making noise and took the car to local Slough branch as it's still under warranty. First instance been told some stones in the break pad and they have cleared. Again no improvement with the noise took the car again and this time they said issues with the breakpad and changed this and we had to pay. Later we found out this was not necessary for car only done 8k and no proof of they changing this. The car has gone through extensive 150 point check by the Volwagon, it is impossible to miss if the breakpads have worn. UPDATE just takes the car to mechanic and was told the break pads are not even CHANGED. I have the videos from the mechanic and have forward it to this branch and NO response.

Please do not buy from VW windrush whether maidenhead or slough. From day one since seeing and buying my car I have had major problems. They will find any excuse to rip you off. Most recent problem I had was gave my car in for major service in maidenhead branch. Today received police notification of speeding. Their technician decided to drive my car at 52mph in 40mph zone. Bunch of cowboys. Avoid buying from here. Learnt my lesson.

Great experience all round. Knowledgeable and friendly sales staff. No hard pressure sales tactics (unlike Ford). Very happy.

I had my MOT test, excellent service coupled with good hospitality. I was kept in informed and received a reminder prior to the appointment. Well done VW Windrush.
