If I could rate this place less than 1☆ I would. After calling them twice today to arrange the viewing of a car I was told to come at 4.15pm when someone would be there to show me the car. So, my friend and I managed to get some time off work after spending the morning getting a quote for the car we were hoping to buy and battling along the M25 in slow motion. We arrived at exactly 4.15pm where 3 sales people stood around but none of them knew what car we were talking about. Eventually we were told that another worker took the car we wanted to buy to a meeting and we should come back tomorrow! I am still more than furious. This place cost us time off work and expensive petrol. They are incompetent and disorganised. I won't be returning to buy any type of vehicle from them. Think twice before setting off even if you have an appointment. They should be liable to pay compensation for wasting people's time and money!

I bought Mazda 6 , TS2, Automatic, 2009 from that “garage” on July 2016. 3 weeks of driving and it started leaking from the coolant system. I went to Mazda in Swansea and spent 1600£ to fix the oil cooler and radiator. Unfortunately, that was not the only problem. They saw that the gearbox is completely rubbish and the car needs a new one (3000£). The warranty of Prestige cars covers gearbox and I sent the car to them. It took them 45 days at least till they “fix” it. 
I went there and took the key started the car and what to see, my front right window was not working anymore, a piece of plaster - part from somewhere in my feet, steering wheel not in right position, warning light ON for track control. Even when I tried to turn ON the traction control did not work. And finally the noise of the engine inside the car. I felt that my feet are inside the engine because of that noise. 
In total I have spent 5000£ and sold it for nothing at the same day I had it “fixed”.

I came to see Car I must say it’s been good service and good price for the age Car wasn’t very clean when I arrived but they washed on my request I test drive before taken away same day n get 5 day free insurance thanks

If does NOT inspire good business. They had a car on eBay. Pics very good. I want to see it and had a big front damage not shown on pics. Staff a bit not straight...

Shame on you...these people are nothing but con artist i bought a car from these yes i no lady on her own no nothing about cars. They completely fleased me out of my money I'm so gutted. I even got my retired grandad to get under the car he said you've been done the engine needs chucking the ends have gone they put thick engine oil in so i could hear the banging perfect timing out of my 30day protection. My kids are not having a Christmas this year i feel awful. Please if your a single woman take mechanic when you views cars, as for PRESTIGE CARS YOUR DISGUSTING!
