Trade plated a car from here on Friday. The staff were friendly and welcoming.  The coffee was free and the facilities are nice and clean. A shout out to the salesman George who looked after me. One of the photos  below is of Slough bus station.

We bought a 2018 Ford Focus in May 2022 for a reasonable price, sales staff nice and friendly. We have previously bought a vehicle from this dealer and had no issues. Unfortunately this time the vehicle had some issues not long after purchase. Ford came to our house and collected the vehicle as my wife had a broken leg. They also supplied us with a very nice courtesy car. They fixed the issue free of charge warranty but unfortunately we had lost faith in the vehicle. I contacted Lee sales manger and explained my concerns. Lee was excellent and without any arguments agreed a full refund or several other options around different cars. We took the refund as it suited our personal circumstances. The handover was hassle free and again Lee and the staff excellent. Even though we had a problem with this vehicle I would still recommend this dealer. We have another Ford and when it’s due for an upgrade we will be back. Many thanks

Today, my Dad took he's brand new Puma ST to SMC Ford Slough to have wind deflectors supplied & fitted.  See pics of the condition the car was returned without saying a word.  Luckily my Dad took pics of the areas to be worked on before handing the car over.  Update!!!!  Car was collected and repaired.  Dad's happy with the repairs.  Although SMC Ford verbally offered a compensation package, unfortunately that has not materialised, and the manager handling the case is now choosing not to respond to calls and emails.

I purchased a brand new car, and I was very happy with service, I got from George, Matthew and Tom. They all three looked after me. They even rang me the next day to ask me if I'm happy with the car. That's really nice of them and very grateful. And everyone is friendly. So if anyone wants to buy a ford car, I'll recommend SMC Ford Slough.

Bought a very nice almost new car from here. Got home and the clutch started to smell. Took it back and Lee was brilliant, sorted it out with no stress so that we were left with confidence in their honesty. I would definitely buy from them again.

Fantastic experience at SMC Slough. I saw a car on the website that had no photos so called to see if it was available. Shah assured me it would be the following day and it was - he drove to the garage to collect it and called to say it was ready for viewing. I went along, had a test drive, negotiated the sale of my car, paid for the car and collected it 24 hours later !! A couple of bits needed to be done, a courtesy car was made available and work booked in 24 hours later.  Throughout the whole experience Shah dealt with me as the purchaser and not my husband - unlike a previous dealership ….  Shah is a credit to the sales team, no hard sell, no pressure just a true willingness to ensure I got the car I wanted. The pleasure of buying a car from Shah and the team at SMC Slough needs to be experienced to be believed.

Excellent service received from ordering our vehicle  at the beginning with Shah and kept informed throughout. Mathew the manager was extremely helpful as well and the final handover with Tom was well explained and we left confident and delighted with our car and the service we experienced from SMC Ford Slough.Shaun-Windsor.

I hadn't bought a car for a very long time.... Shah made me feel at ease straight away and walked me through my options. He had the patience of a saint! Handover was also very thorough by Tom. Everyone in the showroom was pleasant and accomodating. Definitely recommend SMC Slough and love the car..

Popped into the Slough branch for the first time about two weeks ago, without an appointment, to get some new batteries put in my two Ford Focus keys. The staff told me the workshop had actually closed when I arrived at circa 5.30pm but they would change the batteries for me regardless. They couldn't do more for me. It was a pleasure to visit this branch. Would recommend Slough Ford's to anyone looking for great customer service and an efficient service

Pick up our new car Monday. Shah was very Helpful and friendly. He stood in the rain explaining what we need to know about the car. Had a call from him a few days later to made sure every thing was OK. Thank you
