Awful. Quoted us a set price there and back home. On the way home trip tried to charge us £10 more, we refused and he called the police! Rip off - don't use
If I could give 0 stars I would. Countless times they have been late, sent taxis to the wrong address, and customer service is terrible. Delete their number and do not use.
Ordered a taxi for two adults and a small dog, was told that was fine. When taxi was late, I phoned to check on status of the taxi, only to be told it would not be coming. They said they couldn’t find a cab to take a dog and that they never had time to call and tell me. At no point when I ordered did they say a dog would be a problem. They also apparently could not in the space of two hours call and tell me this. Rather they left potential customers standing on a road in 30 degrees- disgusting! Such ridiculous excuses and not a single apology.
As they didn't show I rang them at 4pm for our dog 5pm in distress vet appt ko show a neighbour helped us to vet my other neighbour waited for taxi who had sent out at 530 she told him you were told for 435 rubbish service
Quick and friendly service.
Booked cab , it arrived 20 mins early. Went out 3 mins after message it had arrived. It had gone!! Phoned office and told no guarantee of a taxi!!! Shocking service, made out it was my fault!!!
The taxi was 45 minutes late. Would not use this service again.
Came on time. Drove well and cheerfully. Got us there on time. Outstanding.
