Excellent service with very fair prices. Alan really helped us out when we struggled to book a taxi for a short trip back to our accommodation from a rural wedding reception on a Saturday night. We also needed a return trip the next day to collect our car. Both drivers were very friendly and courteous, arrived in good time and contacted us by phone to let us know they’d arrived. Well done Alan and team for an excellent service. You saved the day for us!
The only firm that could fit us in on a busy Friday evening. Our driver was really kind and friendly. They also agreed to do the return trip at 11.30pm. Very fair price and arrived on time. Allan was very helpful, would recommend
Absolutely brilliant company turns up on time. The driver was very friendly and picked me back up as I was on holiday in Dorset. My only problem was the driver called me, mate, and it would have been nice to be called by my name. Brilliant service otherwise.
Booked taxi for return trip at 12 30am from a local airport. Nobody turned up and left us all stranded included my pregnant daughter who was not well. Fortunately we managed to find a taxi who had turned up. Never using again.
Decent price point, good service. Would be nice if they confirmed the pick up time and date via mail or message, as I’m the kind of traveller to worry about these things. All good though. Nice driver, prompt pickup, all good.
Just moved here, first taxi service we used and they turned up on time, took us home and driver was really pleasant and friendly. Will use again.
Very disappointed. Booked the night before a taxi for 5 people for a train station run, failed to arrive, rang the ferndown to be told my reservation hasn't been made and that they have no driver for the 8 seater taxi, we will now be late for our train and having to wait for another company to collect us. Will not be using Ferndown again
We booked taxis through the app a week in advance for the jubilee weekend. 3 hours before they were due to turn up, they cancelled all of the bookings without contacting me first. I had to phone them to find out why, which was because they were "very busy". Now I understand they're busy, it's jubilee weekend, but I booked in well in advance for that exact reason. The guy on the phone gave me all sorts of excuses about the bookings only just showing on their system, not my problem. Thankfully he eventually agreed the cabs would come but couldn't give me any kind of idea when, just some vague time around my booking time and couldn't confirm how many would turn up.
Terrible service. Taxi failed to show on time when chased up after 10mins they said they had no driver!!! They didn't contact us to inform us.
Brilliant service. Always reliable.
