I made an enquiry on the honda stream they were selling and got 1 reply back saying The Honda is just being cleaned, I will ping you a couple of quick pictures over shortly. Not received any photos nor a response, or even a phone call. I'm very disappointed with this seller. So I decided to call them and spoke to Dan, who then told me the car was sold. This experience has left me feeling very upset with the way that they had treated me.

Absolutely seamless.  I bought a SEAT Alhambra SE Lux on Saturday from Wimborne Car Sales, part ex-ing my old Alhambra, for which I was offered a competitive price.  Tom has been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish and he's answered all of my questions with patience and understanding.  I drove the car 156 miles back home yesterday, and the car performed as expected and was an absolute delight to drive.  This is my third Alhambra so I knew what to expect and it didn't disappoint.  The heated seats and changeable ride comfort dynamic suspension are game changers!  The finance was effortless and a decision was reached in minutes.  The paperwork was prepped ready for our visit and finalised quickly.  The whole team of staff were pleasant and informative.  I would recommend Wimborne Car Sales to everyone and wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from them despite the distance they are from us.

Bought a Skoda Octavia and part-exchange my car. Both Mark and Tom could not have been more helpful before and after the sale, the car is great and was spotless/super clean which is very nice. Very happy customer indeed so would recommend and use again.

Seemed a straight enough operation to me, the problem was the road tax rate of £630 on the model I was looking at, if it was petrol engined it would have been £290. I just felt it would be impossible to sell when the time came, people who buy used cars think a lot more about road tax than new car buyers.

I have purchased 2 cars off wimborne car sales in the last 2 years, both cars were presented immaculately and dealing with Mark was a pleasure, nothing was to much trouble. A good deal was done on both purchases with a few minor faults sorted promptly before delivery, makes a change to deal with an honest and transparent car dealer

Highly recommended. Bought a Citroen Nemo a few months ago - from the start, the service was relaxed and friendly, with none of the "attitude" you often get with car sellers and garages. Very pleased with the car, and when a couple of minor issues needed attention, post-sales service was quibble-free and efficient. I even received a reply on a Sunday evening outside work hours thanks Mark! and the problem was fixed first thing the following morning. Keep up the good work!

Our car had a minor problem as we drove away after picking it up.  We returned and the car was immediately booked in to be checked over. The problem was sorted quickly and over a Bank Holiday weekend and we picked it up a couple of days later. A beautiful car at a very reasonable price. Friendly and professional service all round, I would recommend this dealer for a quality second hand purchase.

A little while ago I bought my sprinter from these guys, bought it blind and had it delivered. I looked at the reviews and trusted them and I'm really glad I did. Not long after I took delivery of the van, it suffered a minor gearbox issue. I rang them up and they agreed to sort it with minimal disruption to my business. I couldn't have asked for better service and despite how far away they are I shall definitely check their stock before buying elsewhere. Was a pleasure doing business with you and look forward to shopping with you again.

Very happy with a VW Golf bought from Wimborne Car Sales. I had an engine problem just after the warranty ended, but the guys said they would see to it anyway, without any charge.  It was very decent of them and makes me more likely to buy from them again.  I'm happy to recommend them to others.  Professional, friendly, reliable service.  Many thanks.
