New car dealer and used car supermarket in Epsom, Surrey. Founded in 1904, we are still a family run business with over 2,000 cars on one site including 8 new car franchises.

Story

Founded in 1904 by Howard Wilson as a driving school, Wilsons has developed into the largest car dealership in Surrey.

We are both a new car dealer for 8 trusted manufacturers and a used car supermarket with over 2,000 cars available in one location. We represent Abarth, Citroën, Dacia, Fiat, Nissan, Peugeot, and Renault with a full range of each available in their own dedicated showrooms which are all located on one site. We are a proud Motability dealer with award-winning levels of customer service.

Once you've purchased a car from us, or even if you haven't, we have three state-of-the-art service centres to carry out any servicing, MOT or repair work. We are an official service centre for all of the manufacturers we represent, but we also look after any make of car.

I would definitely recommend Wilson's, I have just purchased a Peugeot 208 and have received excellent customer service. Nothing was to much trouble and everything I asked to be corrected has been with minimal fuss. I would like to give special praise to both Gary and Jake, Gary gave us his great knowledge and exceptional customer service very welcoming and warm. Jake was very helpful and was more than willing to help with any scratches or issues we found with the car which was not covered in the MOT but was more than happy to assist. Highly recommended. Me and my partner came to Wilsons to purchase a new car. We choose a Nissan Juke and we are, especially me in love with it. Anthony was an great help from start to finish. It was my first time purchasing a car and Anthony made me feel relaxed through the whole purchase. A very friendly and helpful man and can’t thank him enough for all his help. Wilson’s is a great place to buy a new car with a great team. Thank you Anthony :)

Brilliant service from Anthony and Darren!! Anthony really took pride is his job and knew the car really well. Darren was only in the job for a week, but friendly and presented well, think he will do great in your company. The car is lovely, very clean! The finance options makes it more affordable for me. Great customer care. They kept me informed on the progress of the vehicle and phoned me back when they promised. Very pleasant experience!

Edit. I was requested by Wilsons to contact customer services after they read my review. I wrote a detailed account as I believe in giving a company a chance to respond to specific feed back. I have heard nothing which is more worrying as it indicates a systemic problem rather than an individual salesperson. Avoid 

Very bad experience. We had come to end of a PCP and wanted to roll it on with exact replacement but time was tight. Salesman kept trying price up Abarth even though we said we definitely didn't want it. Promised it would all be sorted and he would talk to the regional manager if necessary to get extension to PCP. Didn't answer our calls, didn't get back. Eventually pinned him down via a colleague who said he was in the building - said he would send an update later that day...nothing. I text him next day and text back contained some garbled jargon and nothing since. Such a bad experience that we gave up on the Fiat and went for a Toyota.

Bought my first car, recommended through a friend. The customer service was amazing, so friendly and understanding.  Broke questions down so i could understand what was being discussed. The advisor (Anthony) showed me a variety of cars, and even when i couldn't decide if i wanted the car, he weighed up the options to see if the car was right for me. Good deals on cover and finance options. All in all, over the moon with my car and how brilliant the customer service was!! :)
