When they're selling you a vehicle, they can't talk to you enough on the phone.  As soon as you have purchased a vehicle and something goes wrong which is a warranty matter, you can't get anyone to take ownership.  I've had a factory fitted shutter on my truck break won't open or even close fully, but 3 months on from raising it, Ford still haven't got it sorted or even tried to help.  I have complained via ford customer service team but the backlog is 8 weeks.  We've bought many company vehicles from Ford but probably won't in the future.

I have purchased many new cars over the years, and sometimes it has been drawn out process that drained me, but I can honestly say that the experience that I recently had with Trust Ford Wimbledon, was the best experience I have had, the sales team were very attentive and were thorough in their breakdown and explanation of the figures. They dealt with all my questions honestly and professionally and I felt that they wanted to do the best they could to make the whole experience as easy and pleasant as they possibly could.I would definitely recommend them. 5*

We were really pleased with every aspect of our experience at Ford Epsom. Demi was a superb ambassador for Ford - we cannot praise her highly enough. I would have no hesitation in recommending anyone to buy a car here as the level of service and standard of the car and all the extras is absolutely first class.

Such a great place to get a car, staff are friendly and the process was easy. Communication was spot on and the person I dealt with the whole time Demi was an absolute joy! Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent service from my salesman Roan and the Business Manager Manny.   Nothing was a problem and the transaction went perfectly.  The car we collected was very clean and looked great.  Roan went through all the functions on the car and never rushed us throughout the whole thing from start to finish.   Thanks Roan and Manny excellent service .
