Don’t trust ford i took my car there for diagnostics 4 working days they can’t give me any updates! I ended up going there to take my car! As private hire driver no car means no money! Awful place! Joe provided exceptional service. I travelled a fair distance to Trust Ford in Epsom to view a Puma ST Line X 155. Joe had promptly called me after my enquiry to arrange an appointment and viewing the next day. Joe was welcoming, friendly and enthusiastic throughout and already had the vehicle pulled out for me on the front of the forecourt for me to view and test drive. Joe sorted out a new MOT for the vehicle. Arranged for delivery which was also fantastic! Roan from Ford was our point of contact throughout our experience and we cannot fault him. From the very beginning he just made us feel so welcome and was not like a typical 'pushy' salesman. Always polite, informative and kept us updated every step of the way until we happily drove away with our new car.nHe continues to offer support post sale and has made it clear we can contact him at any time should we need to.nA bonus was his amazing latte making skills!!nWe would highly recommend TrustFord Epsom and hope that Roan will still be there when we upgrade in 3 years.

Ryan was very helpful and patient as I was very indecisive about what vehicle I wanted. Communicated well throughout the sale and ensure I was happy with my purchase.nWhen I collected the car Ryan was away so ensured I knew who to collect from.
