Bought a new S-Class from Epsom this month having visited several times over the last few months and the whole experience was excellent. Staff were very helpful during any visit and arranged test drives or provided information as required. They answered email or telephone queries promptly without exception and have so far offered excellent after sales service. I have bad experiences at a different Mercedes dealer in the past, but I cannot recommend Epsom enough. They also have a great new showroom and always have lots of top end cars on display.

i use this dealership for servicing and they're consistently excellent. They've revamped their showroom offering and also moved the service drop off point into the same building now which is more convenient.  keep up the great work

Fantastic service. I can compare as visited another branch earlier. No matter how expensive/inexpensive car you're buying guys will treat you with respect and attention. Very pleasant experience in buying used car from this branch. Special Thanks to Benjamin!

Had a wonderful experience getting my car serviced after it developed a sunroof fault. When I called in on a Saturday afternoon Emily at the front desk was very helpful and was able to speak to her managers to sort a drop off on  Sunday. At the drop off I was looked after by Alice who again was very helpful. 
It took a while to get the car repaired since the parts had to be sourced from Germany but I was kept informed throughout by Service Team Manager Omid Namazy. Omid explained the issues in detail and was very professional and helpful.
Very pleased with my experience. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely rubbish services. I do not recommendations to use their service if you really looking after of your Mercedes. Completely unprofessional.
