I am extremely upset and deeply disappointed with the level of service we received. We left our company car with you for two weeks, and during that entire time I had to call every single day just to ask when it would be ready and how much it would cost simply to pass the MOT. We were initially given rough estimates, but in the end the bill came to nearly £5,000 for a relatively new car that has always been regularly serviced and properly maintained.nnWhat is most frustrating is that every time we returned, we were told that additional work was required, causing the cost to increase further and further. It felt as though new issues kept appearing, with no clear or transparent explanation from the beginning. Instead of being informed properly, we were left constantly chasing for answers.nnOn the day of collection, we were told to arrive at 9:30am and that the car would be ready , however, when we arrived, the car was still being washed, and we were forced to wait yet again. After already experiencing two weeks of delays and uncertainty, this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional.nnAdditionally, Maxine repeatedly promised to call back and send emails with updates, but she never did. We were constantly left waiting for communication that never came. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable.nnI am very dissatisfied with the overall service. The poor communication, constant changes in cost, delays, and lack of transparency have made this an incredibly stressful experience. This has completely damaged my trust, and it is highly unlikely that we will return.
I recently visited the dealership and had an absolutely seamless experience from start to finish. The team at Mercedes-Benz truly understands luxury service, but Alex Moyston was the standout. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered without any pressure. If you’re looking for a top-tier experience, I highly recommend asking for Alex!
