Put my car in for an Mot. On the day I asked for my car to be ready by 1pm and able to collect. I got a phone call at midday saying it was ready and waiting for me. Thank you, as I had to be elsewhere at 2pm.

Exceptional customer service; Paul Simey Brayley's Executive,  was able to process my order for a new Honda CR-V within a week. Paul kept me informed throughout the process from the car being delivered to Honda UK, through PDI and having ready for collection.

They charge same amount for collect even when they couldnt collect it and did nothing with AA. I had to call AA numerous times. AA broke fuse they say its AA's problem. This place only cares about making money. The distinction with AA and honda is a joke and to avoid liability. They are also slow with completing order.

Zero rating actually. DO NOT GO TO BRAYLEYS HONDA EWELL. I went for servicing of my Honda CRV car on 10th June 2020. When I went to collect the car in the evening I found that the front bonnet had a dent and scratch pics attached. I immediately showed it to the person attending - Mr Mark Hopkins who said that he would respond on the next day. Later on the garage put the blame on me and even the Area Manager refused to note my complaint. It is a bad garage and if they damage your car they will flatly refuse, even lie and put the blame on you.

I had been past the dealership and saw a car  Honda Civic  that I liked the look of , so the following day I went in to ask for a look around and a test drive of the car . I was met by Spencer , he showed me round the car and all that it had to offer , he then let me have a Test drive . The car was everything I was looking for , so I sat down With Spencer and worked out a deal that suited us both.. He gave me all the information I needed and within an hour I had Decided to buy the car . Everything was done in a very polite, friendly And efficient way . If Im ever asked about Bradley Honda I would certainly tell people that it is a very professional and friendly dealership and would highly recommend them , especially if they deal with Spencer . 100% satisfaction.

I am interested in a Honda e at some point and Brayley's kindly loaned me one of theirs as a courtesy car to test drive for the day which was very cool. Service was thorough, new front tyres ordered and fitted next day meant I got the Honda e for a night! and MOT done without any fuss.

We were very satisfied with the servicing of our car at Brayley Honda in Ewell which was completed within 2 hours.

I had my car, Honda Civic 2005, serviced and MOTed yesterday and the result, though expensive, was excellent. Here's to another year of motoring.
