I have placed an order for an A5 Coupe today and can only say that Epsom Audi and Jamie and Millie in particular have been excellent. I had very specific requirements (Needed to comply with new tax and scrappage rules and restrictions as well as my fussy taste) and a great deal of time and care was taken in trying to source (from very limited Audi UK stock) a vehicle that was suitable. And a very good price. And with excellent communication.
I would strongly recommend this dealership.

I recently purchased my A1 from Lee Chambers at Epsom Audi and received a 5* sales service from Lee, he made me feel very at ease when making a big purchase and explained everything clearly, any questions I had were either answered or he came back to me quickly if he needed to double check anything, the service also feels very personal which is refreshing. 
I wouldn’t hesitate in buying my next Audi from Lee and will recommend him to others.
I am delighted with my new car :)

Audi Epsom provide a 5 star sales service, we were really impressed.

Like the cars they sell they are efficient, smart and run smoothly. What makes them stand out though is the personal touch provided by the team. We have been purchasing cars for 30 years and Epsom Audi have really stood out as the best.

We were supported and guided through our purchase by Stewart Paton who was top notch.  He kept us fully informed of progress of our purchase, from helping us select the model best suited to our needs, organising test drives at our convenience, assisting  us with all finance information and made the handover of the car a real event. There has even been a follow up call to make sure all is well.

The rest of the team at Epsom Audi were equally as polite, helpful and friendly.

Buying a car can be a scary time as you are making one of your most expensive life purchases and having trustworthy support is crucial.

We can without hesitation recommend Epsom Audi as a team who can guide and support you to the highest level.

Our new A3 Sportback is our 3rd Audi, the second we have purchased from the Epsom dealership. On both occasions Conrad has demonstrated great customer service & professionalism. He often goes beyond the standard service you would expect from Audi, going the extra mile to make your whole Audi experience a memorable one. We would highly recommend if you are thinking of purchasing an Audi do it (they are great cars) just be sure to do it through Conrad! Thanks Conrad for another great car. Ian & Rebecca

I can’t recommend Epsom Audi enough, especially MILLIE (AYLWARD) one of the Sales Executives.  She was amazing, very knowledgable and friendly, not at all pushy, she went out of her way to be extremely helpful, I emailed her several times and every time I had a prompt and helpful reply.  Unfortunately this isn’t our local Audi garage, so we had to travel 95 miles to pick up our car, but  it was well worth it, as it was a competitive price and Millie the Sales Executive was superb.  I absolutely love my new Audi A1, it drives like a dream.  So special thanks to Millie.
