I've had bikes for the last 15 years, and of all the bike shops I've been to Wilson's are by far the best. Cheap, good quality and no messing you around. I bought my most recent bike here and its perfect, will be getting all my repairs here for as long as I can :
Affordable, no overcharging, quick and reliable. My tired bike was happily restored with little fuss. I'll be back and I've already told all my friends to visit!
This place is brilliant – genuinely wonderful. I popped in on a busy Saturday with a wheel problem and they squeezed me in and fixed it instantly. And the price was incredibly low. This is now going to be my go-to bike shop.
My bike broke down at 10am and by 12 midday they had it fixed for me. The staff were so friendly, the man who fixed my bike was an angel and did so much extra maintenance on the bike which was so kind. I am so grateful for all of their help and kindness, my bike is now in better shape than it's ever been and I can get to class again! Thank you so much

Recently bought a racer bike at a car boot sale so needed to get it serviced to make sure it was road safe. I called up many bike shops in the South London area and Wilsons were the only one who really seemed like they knew what they were doing. The customer service here is impeccable. The guys here are super friendly and very knowledgeable about bikes. My bike is now running super smooth and I am very happy! A very nice bike shop, will definitely be back for future services!
They have a good reputation. But they haven't done the job well for me. I'm taking the bike again and I have to waste time and money. I need the bicycle to work. A poorly done job that the man tells me I have to pay again.
I came into Wilson cycles with a complex problem on my bike, apart from being incredible welcoming and having an unbelievably fair to cheap price, they committed to fix my bike, incredible shop, one of the best costumer services I’ve ever had since I moved to London, if I could give 10 stars, I would. Edit: I’ve came back a couple of times and I didn’t had the same treatment as I had on my first time… I’ve had a problem with my stem bearings and asked them to take a look for me. Bike was done and the price was still fair, but then I realised that all my spacers were messed up not the originals that was on the bike previously the stem wasn’t aligned with the wheel, my front brake calliper was loose moving back and forth and the bike was all greasy where was fixed I know is not their job to clean my bike but it takes less than a minute to create a difference between you and your competition. So I’m a bit upset because they seem like really great guys but since my first visit I felt like the standard went down… now I’ve got my problem fixed but I don’t like the way my bike is looking.
These guys are great. Always manage to squeeze me in and costs are very reasonable. Great work
Amazing service: friendly and helpful and honest. My bike needed new brake cables; two other local shops had tried to persuade me that all kinds of things needed fixing on my bike, one even gave me a quote of £370 and tried to persuade me that my bike was a death trap and I would be mad to even leave the shop on it. These guys could see that the gear cables simply needed replacing and reassured me that nothing else was required which I knew anyway. Have been here in the past and will definitely be going back if ever I need help with my bikes.
