Had a puncture and this place was close to hand, seemed to have done a good job so booked it in for a silver service. After the initial service I had several problems with bike including shifting and back brakes, brought it back in and they appeared to fix this. Cycling home today and unbelievably my gears have fallen off the bike, totally unacceptable level of service. Bike is now a complete death trap.
Friendly and welcoming venue. Brilliant coffee from Mercy while Archie managed to replace a broken shifter cable. Much appreciated. Great tunes selection today! I'll be back for a feed next time!
Love this quirky chilled cafe combined with small bike shop at the back. Lovely fresh chewy yummy bagels, excellent coffee and healthy vegan salads among what is offered here.
I don’t know about a bike service, but a detox smoothie here is the one to die for! Soo good! Also I had a salmon & cream cheese bagel with added avocado and it was real fresh. The bagel itself was soft and tasty even by itself, with good looking slices of salmon. Great quality ingredients and nicest staff. Highly recommended
New to the bike game, so wasn’t sure what was wrong with my bike, they took it in and fixed all same day! My breaks are so good now and the overall feel of the bike is so nice! These guys are super friendly and know what their doing, love the setting too, nice cute cafe with enough space to bring your bike in with you! Annnnd a cute dog too! Oh and they gave it a lovely clean too : thanks guys!
Such a great place for bruch. We had salmon and cream cheese and egg and bacon bagels and a yummy yoghurt. Will definitely come back again!

thanks for the great service! Feels like a brand new bike!! What really impressed was your mechanic downgrading my booked gold service to a cheaper silver when he realized the gold wasnt needed. Good way to get a customer for life! Super service and fantastic customer service. Highly recommended.
My chain snapped on the way into work yesterday, this was the closest bike shop to me, I explained I was on my to work and could they do it for me straight away. They served me even when presented with an unusual high powered electric bike. I was back on the road within 10minutes. Excellent service, polite and a great price. Thank you.
