Legend. Brilliant service. Superb quality of work and quick turn around. He's honest and his responses are informed and considered. I do a lot of my own maintenance but for all the stuff I can't do Willie is the go to guy and he is an absolute pleasure to go to. A happy customer for many, many years.

Willy Bain is the best bicycle repair shop I've been to. I recommend him to everyone who asks. Knowledgeable and a clear communicator and problem solver.

Just had a wheel truing and you wouldn't know it was ever out in the first place. I also asked if my hydraulic brakes might need bled as the levers were a bit too close to the handle bars when squeezed and he just adjusted the levers there and then for free and gave me a tip on how to maintain their tension. Brilliant service.

Fantastic service by a very knowledgeable and experienced bicycle mechanic. I travel across the city passing many far closer bicycle shops to take my bike to Willie Bains. Best bike shop in Glasgow by far.
