This is proper bike shop - not a showroom. You won't find oodles of space and gopro videos or coffee bars etc, but it has good kit, with sensible advice and service. Took bike in, collected a couple of hours later, all done very well, and without a lot of 'fuss'. Price was good too. Thanks Neil and Ryan.

Fantastic shop with an incredible level of service. Always very open, honest and upfront about what does and doesn't need done. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Took our son's bike in with 2 flat tyres. So helpful. Fixed the tyres, put on a stand, sorted the handlebars and adjusted other son's helmet. Fabulous service. Thank you.

True cycle lovers! Very dangerous, helped me buy and lovely bike that was just right for me and did a bike fit the same day. They managed to fit me in on a busy day to do some more adjustments 6 months later.

Sold me a bike that was too big for me when I was a total novice about cycling; I mean naive. Stupidity I bought another one later as people told me they know what they are talking about, which I'm sure they do. The next time(on the new bike)the chain broke as it was at an angle and the value was too small for one of the tyres. I felt conned. He did come out from Cumbernauld to fix the problem from the Glasgow shop, but I have since then lost all confidence in them. Reply: As I can't reply, I will edit this. First of all, do you seriously think I can't remember where I would buy two bikes down the Saltmarket? Secondly, you don't have records does not surprise me. Thirdly, what has test rides on Glasgow green got to do with me? Lastly, where did I write to Cumbernauld? From Cumbernauld is not the same. I live abroad now, so had to give up.
