Very nice place with a dedicated host! Place was very clean, had a nice smell and the breakfast was excellent!
Would recommend anyone going up to Elgin and would readily stay there again. 
Great location as well as High Street is in walking distant.

Glad we did, it was a vary nice stay.  Clean, Friendly and the food was freshly cooked to order not micro waved.  Like ms Lamb we too had a hole in the wall but on looking closer it was a window, in fact there were two.  Beds consisted of a 4 poster two singles and a sofa bed thingy, but here was still plenty of room to move around without banging into anything.  Will we go back again, yes, but only if we are in that part of Scotland.
