Really a treasure of a guesthouse. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathrooms are recently upgraded. The interior decor marries rustic and modern furnitire wonderfully, and whoever did the interior design did a magnificent job. For the price you pay per night, you really get a lot more for your money than you'd have any reason to expect. If you arrive by train, it is less than ten minutes from the station. If you arrive by bus, it is less than five minutes from the station. Central location, with everything Elgin can offer within walking distance.

Stayed at St Michaels Guest House for two nights at start of July when in Elgin for family wedding. We had 4 rooms which were all excellent. Very nicely decorated with all in room facilities you require. Also delighted to have Netflix available on TV. Choice of breakfast was superb and very tasty. Service was first class from very pleasant and attentive staff members. Would thoroughly recommend this Guest House for anyone visiting Elgin.

Stay somewhere else. Shockingly bad. Avoid Elgin all together if possible.

We loved everything, very clean, great customer service, we will be happy to come and visit again. She helped us in planning the distillery road trip, including local distillerys we did not know about, Thank you so much
