We stayed for one night while visiting family and we had an amazing time, we can’t wait to come back. The building is beautiful, the foyer and reception had been decorated for Christmas, the tree was stunning. We didn’t look around much as we had somewhere to be but we spotted a grand piano in the lounge and a snooker table near the rear. The whole place was just amazing. We booked a 4 poster king bed and it was brilliant, the size of it was massive with the posts almost going up to the very top of the tall ceilings. Everything was antique furniture wise but with all the modern amenities essential, the whole room was just elegant. We might need to make more excuses to visit the family just so we can stay in this hotel again! Thank you for a wonderful stay :

Whenever we are in Elgin, this is the only place we stay. The rooms are well appointed, cozy, and provide extremely deep sleep. The snooker table was fun, the bar is adorable,and breakfast is wonderful especially the full-Scottish.nEach room is unique and full of character. The water gets nice and hot and the amenities are nice. It is 60 seconds of walking to the Tesco; 5 minutes to the restaurants of Elgin. Incredibly affordable and very very charming!

Got bumped from a 3 star with a restaurant and 2min to the train to this dump. 20min to the train. No restuant. Still changed the full amount of the old hotel even though this place is cheaper. Looks nice on the outside but inside the walls and carpet are stained and the staff is generally MIA. This place is no 4 star.

Lovely old mansion hotel . Rooms were comfy and warm .nBreakfast choices were exceptional. Food was cooked to order and delicious. Breakfast waitress was very friendly and helpful.

Had a lovely evening in Elgin, the hotel was well placed for town center big room comfortably bed great bath and shower and the breakfast was excellent
