I am downgrading from 5 stars to 1 star because the negative points strongly outweigh the positive points. Positive points: The owner is always very happy, and the prices are very competitive. Negative points: The garage is always very busy. There is a massive backlog of cars. The repair times are ridiculously high. The owner takes the customer base for granted. The work quality used to be high, but now it is suspicious. Some works are left not performed at all. In some instances, while one thing is fixed, another thing gets broken or damaged. I would advise to be extra careful with evaluations. For example, if you ask to evaluate the state of this or that, and if you get a response that everything is fine with it, then you would thank me for cautioning you not to trust such evaluations. For example, I have been told that certain system is functioning perfectly fine, but that particular system worsened during a road trip and caused a breakdown 3 hrs away from home last week. The pricing is excellent, but the lousy quality outweighs the good prices. Thinking about this garage makes me full of overwhelming anger. I feel that giving a 1 star just shows my immeasurable generosity.

My wife needed an urgent seatbelt replacement just before Christmas to get her Honda through its MOT. Other garages said it couldn't be done or wanted a fortune. Willow agreed that she could drop the keys in overnight and leave the car for the next day. They called about lunchtime to say the job was done and at a lower price than their initial quote. Fantastic experience all round. Highly recommended.

We popped in one evening to enquire about replacing the wheel bearing on the van. They were very flexible with days, so we booked in a week later. Dropped the van off at 8.30am, work finished at 12. Fantastic service and lovely guys, really happy! Thank you

I had an MOT done here. The staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make me feel valued. The service provided was outstanding. I would definately recommend.

Very helpful garage, straight forward and in my experience transparent, fair and reasonably priced. Sorted me out and got my car back up and running smoothly with a new MOT.

Excellent service from this well organised garage. I had an MoT and service and both were carried thoroughly and at very reasonable rates. From the reception through to the MoT and service I felt the Garage were being honest and reliable.

Serviced car and MOT booked in on time snd rang when ready very sociable and honest as well as trustworthy very important in todays world.

If you own a classic car, and already have some idea about what needs doing, then Kevin is good at listening then using his experience to troubleshoot and solve the problem. I'm always astonished that he can source good quality parts for older vehicles. The garage is normally very busy so I just drop off one of my cars with a snag list and leave it there for a couple of weeks. When it gets done I know it will be roadworthy and reliable.

Willow road are fantastic as always. Honest, high quality work and honest friendly people. What more could you want.
