I had a really good experience with this company. They did exactly what they said they'd do and the job was completed on time. I know that doesn't sound anything special but compared to the Bozos I've had the misfortune to use before these guys are fantastic. I hope I don't need them again but if I do then I'll come back here.

Would not recommend this place, three times my car has been back and its still not fixed, unhelpful staff and poor customer care.

Part 1 of my Gladwins experience started today, New Years Eve 2014 with the collection of my car  and delivery of a courtesy car - the wrong courtesy car.  I'm a big guy, we daily transport my grandson in his childs car seat so I had specifically requested the larger of the courtesy car options and was provided with the smaller option.  Why I asked? They had run out of the larger option, was the response.  Does that mean if they have run out of the necessary black paint I will have to accept whatever other colour is to hand?

With hindsight I should have sent the car away as the date for this was all Gladwins choice.  I should have waited until my courtesy choice  was available.  I judge businesses by the overall service provided not just the mainstream actions.  Gladwins or Nationwide has today been found wanting and I wish I gone somewhere else for the repairs.  I know its only a temp vehicle but its important to us.  
Part 2 will follow when I get my car returned.
