My car got crashed into by a driver and it was taken to this garage! I had a call and was told my car is all done when I’ve got there and looked at the car there was still damage on the car and when I went and spoke to them I was told that wasn’t due to the accident and when I shut my driver door the wind mirrow glass fell out and smashed on the floor and was told they wasn’t lieable for that and I was told I would have to take the car! Which I didn’t I left the car there and was told the manger would call me a week later I had heard nothing to them call them and say it was done again and when I asked about the damage on the bonnet had been done it hadn’t yet again the management is poor and communication is poor and would not recommend to be used in Peterbrough Yaxley! If you do take pictures of your car before it goes in to protect yourself

I may be a little bias but as a member of staff I believe that the team, workmanship and the skillsets we have within this branch are second to none. Recently 6 months ago under new, better management the site has taken an upturn in work and quality. Always willing to undertake insurance and private work.
